Video Pixelation - HELP!

For a long, long time now, I've had a problem with a video becoming pixelated when i put it into Sony Vegas.

An example of this is in this video (skip to 2:35 for the worst part)

I know it can't be the render settings because it's pixelated in the preview as well as the final rendered video.

I would try upping the render bitrate from 14... to somewhere around 20-25...
I render my videos at 15mbps, and they're 720p60, so yours should at least be higher than that for 1080p60.

Are you recording in 720p+? If not, definitely invest in that as that is the standard these days.

I've tried upping the bitrate but the pixelation stays. Never seen it happen to anyone esle :/
