Video not getting as much traffic as it used to

My main video which brings me in my most traffic is not bringing in as much as it used to.

Quick backstory with this video. I made it on my phone 3 years ago, posted it on youtube with terrible tags, bad title and zero description.
I was easily getting over 1,000 views a day and for a couple months I was getting up to 5,000 a day. This streak lasted 2 years and slowly gone down to about 400-500 a day (now)

I have since updated the tags, title and description in hopes it goes back up, but not noticed any change.
Is there anything I can do to get it back to where it used to?

Every video has a life-cycle.
Generally your backlog will experience more views if you channel grows and your subs look back through your inventory.
In some cases keywords may become popular again, but I would not bet the farm on it.
You video may simply be reaching the end of its lifecycle and is in the decline to death phase.
Best it to keep on trend and make videos about popular things that people are searching for now to keep your channel in the growth phase.

basically what kiddie said. not every video will sustain the amount of views. consider yourself lucky and blessed to have at least one video with mega views.
