Video Lighting for IRL Talk/Vlog videos. What should I get?

Hey everyone
So, I really need better lighting for my videos and was wondering what equipment I need? I see all this fancy equipment in other people's 'behind the scenes' stuff but I have little idea to what all this equipment is called. Someone please help me

Where do you do your vlogs? (e.g. desk, standing...)

I personally think studio lights work best. That desk light that Kevin suggested seems really neat, especialy if you do your videos near your desk.

I have a few softboxes I use for real-life videos, facecams, and anything involving a green screen. They work fantastically for me, they provide a lot of light! I'm sure you could pick some up on Amazon for relatively cheap.
