Video Length

Depends what type of gaming videos you do, for example i do 10min videos they get little views, whereas on my other 2 series they are 1-2 mins long and they get much more views

It's already been said by everyone but I'll reiterate; if you want people to watch your videos, someone of a small channel size like yourself doesn't have much audience retention. Basically the more subs you have, the longer people will wait before judging your video, cause if someone has 20k subs then you want to see why. What this translates to is that if you have a 10 - 15 minute video and only 6 subs, you want to make the intro of it snappy so that, assuming people click on it, they don't get bored and leave straight away. Personally I think that if you're a small channel, people are more likely to click on a video that's a couple of minutes than one that's 15, because they feel like less time will be wasted if it turns out to be s**t. This got kinda long winded, oops.
In conclusion :p If you feel like you can hold the audience's attention for the first few vital seconds of a 10 - 15 minute video then sure, go for it, but it's also true that people are more willing to click on a short video, and your retention on shorter videos is also longer, so you're not as pressured to make a good intro.

Thanks for all of this. :) I'll probably do about 5 mins. I'll see how it is and if it isn't doing too well still, I'll lower it to about 3 mins. If it's doing really good I'll probably make it about 7 mins. :)

I have 16 subs and i usually try to keep my videos from 10-15 minutes long. I have one video that is 23 minutes long but, that is because i got carried away. It also depends what type of videos you are making i am a Gaming channel.

it doesn't matter, as long as it keeps the viewer interested it should be fine, pacing is everything

i have 20 sub and i make bloodly long videos
i say make a video as long and no unwatchable

I have 35 subs and have have videos from 4 minutes to 10 minutes! I think anything over 12 may bore the viewer unless its a really interesting video
