Video Introduction Maker?

Does anyone know of any sites where you can make video introduction? I'm looking for one that preferably doesn't have any restrictions regarding commercial use or anything like that.

I came across flixpress.com the other day, but I couldn't find out if they had any restrictions regarding commercial use. Does anyone know if flixpress has any restrictions regarding that?
