Video Interference

Hey people,
i have been having some problems with my videos on youtube, i have been getting random interference, and i am not sure if it is because of my recording or rendering settings or if it is something else? any help would be great

P.S i render using Sony Vegas Pro 10 (full)
i record using licensed FRAPS

If you can see it while your playing and recording, it's probably something do with your computer. If you can't see it while playing, but can before you put it in sony vegas (Raw file from fraps) then it is fraps. If it does not happen until after you render it, then its Sony vegas, but i don't see anything wrong with the render settings other that the audio bitrate being low, but that has nothing to do with the video. I don't know much about Fraps so i cant really help you with that, but if its sony vegas try the sony AVC (mp4) render settings.
