Video ideas to get famous yo, not really wait don't leave

Ok so I don't have a camera yet but I was planning on doing like a vlog sorta thing around my new house i'm moving into with some roomates and being me. Like I can get weird. And then also using it for like a cooking series because I am going to culinary school and I think i'd be good at it. So I just want to know what y'all think (and what camera I would get *wink*). I think it'd be fun.
 
Okay you can get something flexible like an entry level DSLR (I've been using my 650D for a long time and it's still great).

Don't make videos to get famous, make GOOD videos and then maybe you'll get famous.
 
honestly, doesnt your smartphone have a decent camera? i'd totally start with that, you already have one i assume
 
I would say do it and a good starting camera would be the canon powershot sx710hs a very good camera with good video etc. I would also say do something you feel comfortable with and from that you can develop your style etc.
 
A cooking show would be fun. And maybe mix it up with like vlogs here and there. Just remember to have fun with it :)
