Hi,
I post videos of video game walkthroughs with my commentary on Youtube.
Recently, I received a 'Content-ID' match on one of my videos of a video game walkthrough guide I completed about 6 months ago. The video contains my commentary the whole way through and is approx 54 mins long.
The 'Content-ID' match in the video, is in regards to a piece of music that lasts 40 seconds ... with my voice talking over the top of it. The Claimant appears to be some music company.
Is it possible to dispute this and win? Is it fair use? Or should I just grin and bear it?
Thanks
