Video Editors for chromebooks

Ok I did a little search and I found WeVideo (sorry I can't post links because my VIP ran out :( ). Give it a try, don't really know how good it is because I don't own a Chromebook.

What OS does the Chromebook run? Do you need to buy software from the Google play shop or what?
 
WeVideo unfortunately makes it's money through a subscription service that puts some heavy caps on how much content you can output depending on how much you pay them. I feel like the Chromebooks run on an advanced Android system of some kind, so you may need to check out the Google Play store to see if there are any robust video editors.
