Video editing zoom option

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could recommend any editing software that lets you zoom in to where you want on clip or do a close up on what you want thanks

Powerdirector is a great video editor however there's been two occasions where it has not been able to salvage corrupted audio when free Windows Movie Maker could. :-/
