Video editing software for Android

So I know absolutely nothing about video editing software. Whenever I upload my WMV to YouTube it takes forever. I even get a message that I should use video editing software to streamline it. There are quite a few choices of video editing software for Android, what special functions would you recommend I look for? By the way it would seem that what I might really need is File type converting software, if so what are the kinds of files that are streamlined?
 
You know what's funny, YouTube tells me that even when I put my video through a video editor. I dunno why. I save my videos as .mp4 too.

Besides that, I'm useless here. I'd recommend just getting a computer editing software. More bang for your buck.
 
Android works like a normal computer, so transferring files back and forth between phone and PC is easy. I am uploading from my PC. Any kind of software I get to edit video on my PC is going to be difficult to learn and expensive. Actually YouTube does have a way to hook up directly to the webcam and record. The good thing about Android software is that it is easy to learn and affordable. I definitely plan to get video editing software for my PC when I have a little more knowledge and experience with the basics.
