I agree with Rich. unless you wanted to have like a micro trailer style intro in which case you should use Window Movie Maker or iMovie or is you have some money Sony Vegas Studio

If you have MS Powerpoint, you can create a powerpoint presentation with how you want your intro to go graphically, and then have it play on its own while you record it. Then add some music and sound in whatever video editor you like, such as iMovie or Windows Movie Maker, and export. Then you'll have an intro!
