Video blocked

Hi guys
I make video edits of vlogs and I normally check if I can use a song legally. I thought I checked "Happier" by Ed Sheeran and I could use it, but they generate the money.

After a month (and 500K views) I see it is blocked. Now, I tried to look up if I couldn't use it, but I can't find it. Can you guys find it?

Even though it says you can use it you can still get a copyright claim for using it, it doesn't make sense but the record label can still report it and have it removed, I don't know why YouTube says you can use it when really you can't!
 
So, two things about Music Policies:

1) it is voluntary and non-binding. the copyright owner doesn't have to go by what they said their policy was...their copyright actually allows them to do whatever they want with their copyrighted material and derivatives of that material.

2) it is not necessariliy up-to-date. licensing agreements can change, so something that was OK a year ago might change due to a change in licensing deals.
