Ok so i was about to publish this track but i got this warning
Is it a strike or a claim?[DOUBLEPOST=1438109219,1438109051][/DOUBLEPOST]And also got an email saying
"Hi GodZilla Music,

Your YouTube video has been blocked. This means that your video can no longer be played on YouTube, and you may have lost access to some features of YouTube."

I think if you go into your settings, you can see your "standing" with YouTube, and if you have a strike, maybe it'd be registered there? Sorry, man :(

how do you know that the person who submitted the song was the actual content owner who licensed that song and has publishing rights to it? otherwise if they would of gave you premission they would of whitelisted that video and it wouldn't get blocked.[DOUBLEPOST=1438111879,1438111760][/DOUBLEPOST]
Someone has clearly never heard of a music promotion channel xD
why would you assume that?

calm man it's not new promoting music on youtube
and nevermind that song tho

I once got a "blocked-worldwide" notice years ago when I tried uploading a scene from the Blues Brothers that included music I made. Maybe it's that I was quick to remove it upon notification, but it doesn't seem to have permanently negatively affected my copyright standing.

The point I'm trying to make is that maybe if enough time has passed, they'll return your copyright standing to a good one, assuming it even was changed to a worse standing.
