So, as some of you may know, Nintendo prohibited anyone from uploading their videos on Youtube, so pretty much if you uploaded a Tropical Freeze LP like I'm doing right now on my channel, when you upload there would an Content ID Claim, and then you would have to acknowledge it, and you obviously couldn't monetize the video.

Interestingly enough, I recently put up my 4th part of my LP, and now it has this:

I clicked the little Figure at the far right side, and it says, "Creative Commons (reuse allowed)"

I haven't tried it but I'm pretty sure I can also monetize my videos now.

WHAT?! I'm so confused what's going on, hopefully someone knows the answer to this.

At least pixelmon is pokemon but not owned by nintendo.

A little trick is to make a layout where you put your video in. So dont upload it in fullscreen. So that the youtube automated tool cant really see that.
