Vegas won't render correctly

Het sup guys,

My Vegas hasn't been working lately, when I try to render a video it stops halfway or goes to 100% and you can't click to open it.
Any idea?
I've got 12 pro

I dislike Pro 12, I tried to use it, but it was slower for me then Pro 11, so I switched back.

Ho many applications do you have open when you render? Computer specs?

Weird. Have you tried reinstalling the program? I have 12 and have never had a problem with it, I love it.
