Vegas Pro Problem?

Hey,
I love using sony vegas pro 12 but whenever I import a clip and render it out it always changes the brightness and opacity of the clip slightly to make it look a bit different? Does anyone know why this is?

could be something to do with your render settings, have you tried looking on youtube for different render settings?

I use the "internet 720p" Setting so I dont know?

If you go on youtube you can find render settings specific for youtube.. those might help other than that.. just make sure you haven't set any effects as being default

Something I have noticed is that playing videos back in Windows Media Player the colours appear different to when playing it in Quicktime Player and VLC, VLC tends to add more contrast, WMP tends to look a little more washed out and Quicktime tends to look right to me.

I have the video setting from one of my youtube tuts. if you'd like to take a look. Its from a while back and on Vegas pro 11 but I'm sure it can be used for both. Just a suggestion.
