I know this should be simple as all hell to do but Ive been here for 20 minutes reading around and I got nothing!

I was previously using VideoPad. Basically I've chopped up 10 clips. Now i want to shuffle them basically.

But i dont want them to fade and all that s**t like so when I try to move them

I want it to go in the middle and the other clips move to the side and there's no giant gap

Have you tried working on more then 1 video track? This would make everything so much easier..

And dude, cool done on the cap locks. Just create like 1 or 2 more video tracks and another sound track :)

If you have multiple videos, you can put them in the correct order with Free Video Joiner (easy).

If you want to split a video and insert a clip use Windows Movie Maker.

And using caps is not cool Bro, so if you want help, be a bit more civil.

Well if you haven't had much experience with it, it can seem like a stupid program but once you know how to use it, its a VERY powerful editing tool. I've used it to edit all my videos!
