Vectorize Fluffy​

So I recently got a troll. . . who I nickname Fluffy. I wanted to create an illustration of Fluffy. I found this screen printing and I tried to vectorize it. I wanted to know if anyone could please smoothen it out. As you can see, the line are really bumpy, and one of the line don't even touch. (my vectorizing skills are clearly lacking)Please help

Request - Smoothen out the line of this illustration of Fluffy.
_______-Only focus on Fluffy. Don't work on the text please. I attach an image that has Fluffy without text below.

_______- Maybe vectorize it.​

_______- That's pretty much it​
