Vabble and New YouTube Social Media Platform?

So have you guys heard of Vabble.com? They claim they are a site just for Video Creators.

And also, what are your thoughts about the new up and coming social media platform YouTube has been talking about? Have you guys heard about this?

I heard that Youtube had previously added a "Community" tab for some popular channels, they are now broadening the feature to 12 YouTube channels and to possibly all channels in the coming months.
