Using video footage from E3 and game trailers

I've seen lots of other YouTubers use E3 footage as well. Just depends I guess how much you want to show of it. If you're using the entire E3 conference that could be an issue, but if you just want to use small clips to comment over that shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah that's all I want so like Kojima walking on the stage when I fangirl out also when Laura bailey walks on stage ummf

I haven't really been a big fan of Kojima's since the end of the Playstation 1 era, but I understand. He makes very high quality AAA games.

Go ahead and use the footage, that won't be an issue.
 
Well activation was straight up on that s**t and claimed copyright within 30 seconds though they are allowing it I jut cna't monitize it which is fine anyway as I don't for any of my videos yet anyway XD
