Using Tv show clips without sound!

Hello! I just started doing Tv show reviews of my favourite tv shows!
And right now I'm just doing half vlog - half picture montage! And I know there are no copyright risks in using pictures!
But I sure there are if I use actual clips from the show, but what if I mute them and talk over?? Like I don't mean showing the whole epsisode! I just mean like if i was talking about a specific moment, I could show it!

Would I get copyright striked??

Edit: What if i once or twice in the vid, used a clip with sound if it was a funny moment! Only like 2-3 seconds?? Would that be risky too??

I have used 2 seconds of tv show clips, I didnt get any striked, I muted those clips and changed the color of the clips! So Im safe so far

Believe it or not there are copyright risks using pictures

I used a clip from Breaking bad before, it was only a couple of seconds and it added to the video. I would say try not to show logos (networks, channels etc..) as they can make things complicated

Yeah, if you're reviewing it then a couple of seconds/non spoilerish clips should fall under fair use, just be careful with it!

I think better u make extra youtube channel, where you should try uploading 2 seconds of these clips, if u got copyright, then dont upload on main channel

I just made my channel anyway wouldn't be a big deal if I lost it
