Using Text

I have been using a specific text in my videos. I came to notice later on that I'm only allowed to use the text for personal purposes. Is it still possible to use it for my videos and monetize them? Or I will just be in trouble? I can't take them off my videos since they are already uploaded.

Is stuff like this a big deal in YouTube?

I'm not sure... that's a good question I should check the font I'm using... I'm curious to see what others think. I'm sure you could get a strike tho if someone makes a claim. the chances of that... I think it's unlikely. It isn't as easy to catch as songs... Hell, I've seen whole videos get copied to other channels o.o
