Using products - can still monetize right?

I do a cooking show and am using a dime bar, a kraft product I believe... I can still monetize right?

I figure it was ok, I just have a head full of memories of covered up pringles cans from blue peter, but i think that is because the BBC is a government body or something, I don't know.

Where can I find the rules about when its not ok to monetize?

It's ok to monetize pretty much any product, if they instruct as product placement then you can add it in the settings.
