Using Paypal for services provided

I have been approached by a company who wants to add some links to one of my vids

We have not discussed rate but they wish to pay via paypal

If I give over my paypal email address will they also have knowledge of my real name/address as I do not wish for this.

Pretty sure your name would show up but not your address
idk if theres a way for them to pay without your name showing up. even when you're "donating" to someone through paypal the name shows up from what im aware of

Your name will show up yes, however you can change your paypal to business.

This will make it so they will see whatever name you have set as your business name.

I did tell them I would take crypto which they said they can offer after the first few paypal deals. They say more trust with paypal.

If you want your name to not be revealed, you can ask a friend to receive the money to his account and then he can give them to you in real cash, Paypal or other means. There will be some taxes, if he transfers them to you by PayPal again, but if there is no other option, this is an option.

I really don't see the issue with them knowing your name. If it's a reputable company and you want to build an ongoing relationship with them then giving them your name would be a good step towards building trust.
