Using Other YouTubers Sounds/Voices With/Without Permission

Hi there all. Good to see such an amazing and huge community :) and I came here with a specific question in mind.

I am planning of starting my 2D animation / cartoons channel, similar to OneyNG, DavidFirth, LazyPillow and other animators on YouTube. I know that I'm not going to make full time income with YouTube so my main purpose of creating and maintaining YT channel isn't money and revenue. I want to create channel full of funny animations and cartoons.
But here is the question:
I see YouTubers who are making animations for other YouTubers (most of them are for gamers). So DO I need to get a permission of using other YouTubers voices in my animation or am I free to create animation for them on my own, without permission from those YouTubers? I am planning of creating animation from my own ideas and my own voice, but also I would like to create animations for other YouTubers with their voices behind the animation.

you need their permission to use their voice. if you dont ask then people will get angry at you for stealing and maybe your account might get deleted.

That's easy bro, I've seen many users here who wanna do voice overs for animations (mostly games)! So I think you should collab with them, you'll definitely earn few subs :D

I noticed a lot of the animators that make things for youtubers DIDN'T ask permission when they first started making them and when they got noticed by the youtuber the youtuber didn't care that much.
