Using music in videos

What do you know about the rules and what changrs/ what do you think you should be able to do with righted music?

Its interesting as you see large tubers using righted music without seeming to get dcma or copyright blocks and they obviously monetise as it is their only income source and there doesn't seem to be any agreement the the artist.

Some large channels do get deals, or record labels do not take down their content because it is publicity for the artist.

YouTube just released a section in audio library that tells you what famous songs you can use in your videos and if there will be a copyright strike
