Using google search images on videos?

Hi guys, is there any problem in using google image search results on videos? I do reviews of video games and tops mostly, and sometimes i need to use some image illustrating a topic (a fan art made of certain character for example) image stays no more than 5 seconds...is that fair use?
Also, can i use remixes from video game songs withouth trouble?
Is it likely to get sued by someone if you grow big on youtube?

Both of your ideas can get you into trouble.

Either create everything yourself or track down the owner and get the proper permissions needed.

Possibly sued, but, more likely, you'll be flagged for copyright violation or be 3rd party claimed.
