Using Clips As A Youtuber!

I See many Youtuber Using many Funny clips . Failarmy or all the Vines channel post nothing else.
So Is it Okay wiith copyright if i do it myslef?
i am not talking about other youtubers material, i am talking about fail clips, facebook videos and so on.

I would be careful doing that, you wouldn't want to get a copyright strike. Other channels who may have done that may have had licensing permission. A strike on your channel is no fun, I'd suggest looking more into this first before you actually make a compilation video with clips that aren't yours.

Yes that why i am asking this community. I Already Contact many of those channel, but no reply.

the answer is right there, NO you cant use them, people steal videos and get away with it and there's already a thread about a video being stolen. this proves that you cant use videos for your selfish reasons.
