Using 3rd party photos and posters as Vlog background

There's always a choice
Hi, I have a question about using photos as my background when I make videos. For example, I'm filming myself and there are printed photos and posters of Emma Watson on my walls. Of course those photos aren't mine. This question wouldn't bother me too much, but I'm planning to use that background for more videos and the word would get out that I have such background. I would guess original authors of those photos wouldn't appreciate the use of their photos without permission, hm?

I wouldn't imagine you would be sued for having any posters in your background so you can sit easy for it now, but when you get bigger consider using your own branded stuff!

Strictly speaking you can not use any visuals or audio in your videos if you do not have the proper rights to do so. I don't think anybody will report you to Emma Watson agent as far as your channel is small but if your channel becomes very popular (as Rouge wrote) you may be in trouble because of these posters.
Also keep in mind that using her name in the title or the description of the movie is not a violation of YouTube rules as far as your movie is related to her but using her posters most probably is!
