Uses for a gorillapod?

I have been collecting a bunch of shots as research for "Film school" using a gorillapod (doors banisters on stairs ect...) and was wondering if this community has any wonderful ways in witch they would use one?

I had one that worked like crap. But with a good one it's basically self explanatory. Use it to put the camera still in a place that you couldn't go or be. Try putting it in a tree or on a car and drive around.

I put it on the car door earlier, if i doo it again whilst driving round i would want someone there to hold on to camera, encase it fell out..
