uploading video problem

hello guys, I am really desparate about this problem, since nobody knows the anwer. When I upload a video in format 16:9, Youtube automatically makes it 4:3 putting it into frame. In the attached picture you can see the problem. How to upload video, that it would be in whole player window? with no black stripes on sides?

Is the original recording in 16:9 or just when you put it into the editing program?

Video was recored with 1280x720 pixels, which is widescreen resolution, not like 4:3.

damn, that's really odd. Could just be the codec u are uploading to youtube on.
