Uploading knocks audio out of sync

Right, I've just uploaded a video on my youtube page and watched it back and the audio is out of time when the video kicks in after my intro. its as if its not in sync but when i edited the video on Videowave it was fine...Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? My girlfriend said most of my videos seem out of sync and i cant understand why =[ Help?

What format did you export the video in? It's harder for YouTube to encode some formats, thus throwing the audio out of sync.
