UPLOADING ADVANCED WARFARE GAMEPLAY

I was wondering if uploading early Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare Gameplay can get your channel suspended or have a copyright claim?
It's just the menu showing off the guns and such, not really much.

If I could get some kind of copyright claim is there a bypass?
(ex: Some kind of protection law to allow me to have the video uploaded?).

Just wondering.

Hmmm. I haven't seen any other big Youtubers post any content yet so I'm pretty sure you are not allowed to upload anything yet. I would wait until the game has officially been released

Or if you want to get the info out there early just talk about the guns but don't show them haha

If you're using another person's content I would advise putting a link to where you got the content and saying in your video where you got it. If you're just doing like a news commentary I don't see any issues presenting themselves.

Well I do have the owner of the content's consent but i've heard of copyright claims because people have been uploading ADVANCED WARFARE GAMEPLAY.. but I'm not too sure.

A lot of gaming companies don't allow for random youtubers to upload the content before is has been launch and you can get a claim I suggest you wait till the release that is midnight and upload a video tomorrow and now Twitch has that too that you can't stream new games till they are release

I was seeing tons of people uploading many videos of the game but it hasn't been released yet..
It comes out in 1 more day, so it doesn't matter.

However, if it's someone else's content, I recommend to not show the content until the day before or the day of.

It can be risky, but you can try! Personally I wouldn't take the risk but if other YouTubers start uploading gameplay videos you might aswell start aswell and be one of the first with videos!
