try messaging the markiting team of the company asking for commercial licence too record video from there game to make revenue while giving them publicity or you can just dispute any flags until they get tired and overrule.Hello everyone,
I'm new here. I have a question which I am stuck on. How can I upload kids cartoon games walkthroughs (no commentary) without any copyright notices on them?
I would also like to monetize these videos in the future. How can I legally claim ad revenue from them? I also notice some people use copyrighted images from cartoons on their channel..would I be able to use these photos?
I'm new to all of this. I did check google but it didnt make much sense to me and since these games are not from huge gaming companies that make games like call of duty etc. it was difficult for me.
Thanks so much!
That could be a little controversial true they have some rights for games but not for everyone and indie games etc... Although personally I would recommend never signing to a network either, but I do at times recommend satan I mean MCN's for gamers because they will help a little and if your a larger channel (managed) they will take the copyright claims instead of you, now you also have to realize that it isn't the games that are copyrighting you other then Nintendo it's the automated policy on youtube that finds copyright music and video and auto copyrights it which you have to dispute or contact the game company or whatever you were copyrighted and they can clear the copyright if they want read up on blogs it will help more. Thanks for the reply. Would that be the only way to do it? Some claims were done by networks.
