I've Got It
Recently, I couldn't find Wirecast on YouTube anymore. I knew that I downloaded it before for free on YouTube because it was a benefit of being a partner. I switched computers so I thought I could just easily re-download it but then I couldn't find it. Finally I did, these are the steps on how to get it. 
1. Go to your YT homepage.
2. Go to your video manger.
3. On the left side of the screen click 'Live Events'.
(note: you may have to opt-in for live events if you have not done so yet.)
4. Now click new live event.
5. Put whatever you want then click create event.
6. Select whatever bitrate you want.
7. Now it should say select your encoder. Select wirecast.
8. Once you do that click download and install.
9. Now you're all set! Have fun!
