Selective Promoter
I need somebody who is able to design websites with a science fiction horror theme to it. The last guy I wanted to hire was too much of a hassle to deal with. The following is the layout I have in mind:

Cover Page
- Home Page
-'Story One' Page
-Each Sections of 'Story One'
-'Story Two' Page
-Each Sections of 'Story Two'
- Game Page
- Author Information Page

I am an amateur web programmer, but I'd need more info on the website design you have in mind before I could tell you if I could do it.

Like the style, what type of content you want in it, etc.

Also, website programming doesn't come very cheap, and deff not for YT Cash.

You may be better off trying WP like gbproductions said.

I'm a web designer and I also do work on the side here and there. I'd considering using WordPress as a base as its really flexible and if you can find a theme you like and modify it to your needs. This would be the most friendliest and cost effective way.

And Glutenfree4u is right. I charged my last client several thousand for a site so its definitely not cheap.

When you say "style", what do you mean specifically? (E.g.: theme, font, etc...)
The content would probably be something like the following:

Cover Page: Picture and title, with link to enter the rest of the website.

Home Page: News on different updates, links to the other website's other pages.

'Story One' Page: 'Story One' and links which lead directly to each of its titled sections.

'Story Two' Page: 'Story Two', links which lead directly to each of its titled sections, and it is all in a scientific format.

Game Page: Just says "Coming Soon", but will present features and promos related to said game.

Author Information Page: My short bio and contact information.

What price do you have in mind? Either way, I'd like both of us to sign an NDA to safeguard my short stories. Also, I'd need you to read them so that you could have a better idea on what I may be looking for.

Ok, well not to jump ship or anything, but it sounds like using Wordpress is exactly what you need, and will be free or at worst cost FAR less than hiring a web designer, if you buy a domain it's just starting at $10, or you can just use a free .wordpress domain, and you can install loads of great plugins that will let your site do virtually anything you can think of, there are also loads of themes free and paid, that look awesome.

It's probably the best solution for your site.

Did I mention I bought "aofthea.com" ?[DOUBLEPOST=1376025581,1376018297][/DOUBLEPOST]The relevance of stating that I bought "aofthea.com", is that I would like to know if 1.) Wordpress is compatible with a site name bought from GoDaddy, 2.) How does someone with extremely little experience with site building use Wordpress, and 3.) Once finished, how do I transfer the newly created website to a web host?
