Unwanted end of video adds by YT

I have just created a short video and uploaded to You Tube. This is to place on a website that I’ve created in WIX.
The problem is that at the very end of the video YouTube has added a dozen thumbnails of other non related videos. This is spoiling the entire thing.

How else can I put a video on a website without these intrusive adds please?
 
Thanks for your reply. I thought that was the case so I have found an alternative way to put the video on a website.
Always something new to learn. Pete
