Unfair copyright claim please help

I recently got a copyright claim on my video from activision from simply sitting on the homescreen of black ops 3 for a few seconds during my stream.I have never had this happen to to me before and see other youtubers doing it to.If I cut out the copyright part will it be like it never happened?Or since I think the claim is really unfair should I dispute it and what for?Thanks for all help its really appreciated

In the email I recieved from yt it said the video is blocked in all countrys but yet I can view it on my second channel.Is this a glitch in the system?
 
I had a copyright strike on COD OPS 3 went I stream Zombie mode and I mute the audio. I think you can dispute this who knows
 
What exactly are you supposed to have infringed upon?

Usually with gameplay footage it is actually the background music which will land you in trouble, it may be that by muting the music you avoid this problem.

I messed up the claim was during the cutscene.But there is still plenty of other youtubers who have uploaded videos with the cutscene in it!If im going to dispute the claim what should I do it under?
 
Good luck on your channel mate. I'm about to upload a very risky video because of the amount of anime I'll be putting into it. Tell us how it went if you can.

Let's play videos are risky enough on their own, but, in order to minimize risk, you should turn off in-game music and edit out cutscenes.

You're going to have a very tough (if not impossible) time disputing this.
