Unable to use custom thumbnails?

Don't know if this has been mentioned before but on my channel settings the option to use custom thumbnails is unavailable to me :/ and I was wondering how I can get the option to enable it. Do I need a certain amount of subs? partnership? etc.

Your channel needs to be open for a month.

You need to have monetization enabled for a month to get custom thumbnails.

In addition to that, you have to be in good standing.
