It aint pretty. But the team who did it recently did an AMA on Reddit, trying to get across why they made some of the changes. If I recalll correctly, they want to introduce a load of page pkug ins to customize the layout, but wanted to anchor it in place for now. Still think it should be centered

Yeah I really don't get the pages that aren't centered. I feel like I need to move my chair over so that the site is actually in front of me.

There are scripts and stuff you can do to center the layout, but they did say it's because they are going to add stuff into the empty space very soon.

Well that's good to hear. Half of my screen is empty space right now so they could add an entire additional website over there...
