Twitter Background Dimensions?

Hello, I am working on making a Twitter background, but I can't seem to find a solid answer on the dimensions of one. I'm not talking about the cover or the avatar; I already have that bit done. I just need to know the dimension for the big background. Does anyone know them? I would like it took look appropriate on all devices.
