Tv and Movie stars moving to youtube

Okay This madde me pretty angry. Michael Cera a good actor in his own right made a video for youtube comedy week and... It was horrible it wasnt funny at all it was just wierd... Yea it got views but peole in the comments were bashing the video too for its lack of humor. I saw that Michael C has a channel so I checked it out. He has 30,000 subscribers in 2 months! He has 5 videos that he made from the network that he is in called Jash. All he did was repost them to his channel. 2 of the videos are 20 second trailers which have over 50,000 views and the other actual videos have over 100,000 views. His channel one trailer is not ven well done either.

On the Jash network the people that are part of it Reggie Watts a talented musical artist but everyone else I dont really like. Yet all of them ave been Partnered and are getting endorsments and advertisment directly from Google.

How do you guys feel about celebrities coming to Youtube barley putting in work at all and reap all the benefits while the smaller channel who are trying to make a name for themselves have to work four times as hard?
 
idk , but i think the top youtubers wouldn't be really happy , that some celebrity is just coming into youtube & taking all the fans (unless the top youtubers where making money off of that :))
 
Not really. If big celebrities start to post YouTube videos it will bring more viewers to youtube. They will also bring in more companies and more money into YouTube. So in return you're able to earn more money as a youtuber.
 
well youtube is for anyone so it sucks but its life heck who knows some celebs might frown on it. But for those who try move over to tap into the resources of youtube might think its a way to stay current since thats one thing you need to do in hollywood. Plus we do have those few from youtube who have moved over to the tv/ movie scene so it works both ways
 
Rainn Wilson has his own channel now because NBC didn't pick up "The Farm". Aside from that some of these other celebrities don't fit well with Youtube, they need to stick to low budget movies or make a sextape if they can't get any get any good roles and stay dafaq offline.

If they get collabs from the celebrities they prbably wouldnt care.

I have heard this before but how would you be able to get views if all these celebs have 100,000 dollar budgets and you dont?
