Hi Guys, my name is Turtle and I want to be a graphic designer when I am older. I have been doing it (not seriously) for a few years, doing YouTube banners, signatures, avatars etc.
I am not an artist, I cannot draw (though I wish I could).
I would like you to rate my work, and tell me what I could improve on :)

YouTube:

-Thumbnails
These are my personal thumbnails that I use for my channel, I find that a consistent thumbnail design creates a corporate identity, with good looking thumbnails standing out in the search results.
These are just some of the thumbnails I use.

-Channel Art
I personally don't mind the One Channel design, guess it's like Marmite you either love it or hate it. For my channel I wanted a good looking design, that looks professional but simple. I added the accents to split the image up a bit.

Here's one I designed for someone else, with similar concept.

If you want more I can most definitely upload more :)

Looks nice, man :p Sorry I went for a different channel design, I just liked the look of the one I just got recently. I'll give your work a 10/10 because it looks great :)

I'd give you 7/10 for the first two and 8.5/10 for the second two. It's obviously that you're good at what you do (you know where to put different elements; you have the taste for colors). So I suggest you continue with what you're doing, maybe try Photoshop and I'm sure you'll do great.

Thanks :) However I am a teenager, so I cannot afford photoshop however I am planning on doing this for a career so later on I should be able to afford it, I don't want to pirate it either and Gimp is working fine for me, at the moment :)
