Trying To Upgrade From My Blue Yeti

Ok, so here is the situation, I've had my Blue Yeti for about a year now, and even though It is a known for being a mic thats pretty much (close to) excellent for its price, I feel that its now time for an upgrade. I already have a Reflection and Pop filter for it, but not the mount for it, nor do I have the pop filter that is specifically for it because I knew that I would come to replace it some time after, and those would only be needed for the Yeti only. I guess I'm looking for another mic that may be more expensive, but it would be a "Bang for my buck". I've already considered 1 mic which is the AT4040, but maybe there are some other mics that may be as good, but that would be a slight more cheaper than the AT4040, but I also have no problem with anyone considering a mic that would be pretty much better that cost a little more, but it would have to be a USB mic. OH, my budget would be $450. Would appreciate some helpful feedback on this.

AT2020 is a great mic, I've also used the Rode Podcaster and can recommend it, I believe you can get it along with shockmount for 300 ish dollars

Just bought an AT2020, watch my unboxing video and audio test on my channel. I LOVE THIS MIC.

I feel qualified to answer this query, here goes.

I use the Shure SM7B which is a mic that not very many YouTubers have, mostly because it's $400. This is far and away the best microphone that I have used to date. For starters, the microphone already has it's own mounting bracket and the diaphragm is set on a shock mount inside the body of the mic. This keeps the bulk down and gives you a easily maneuvered microphone. It also comes with 2 foam cover pop filters, one thin and the other thick so that you can adjust your tone at will. Standard bass roll off and dB pad switches on the back for adjustments as well. It's a dynamic mic so you don't need phantom power but it still benefits to some extent from the proximity effect most condensers have. All in all, it is my best purchase so far for my YouTube gear.

My channel is in the sig if you want to check out some samples. Each does have the standard compression and very minor noise reduction applied as well as some mastering in Adobe Audition, so be aware of that going in.

The other is the Electrovoice RE-20 which is what TotalBiscuit uses in case you're familiar with him. Similar sound quality, though it is a little more money.

Well, even though the AT2020 was getting alot of love, after a (long) while of research, I would have to go with Tarmack's suggestiuon, being that the Shure SM7B is pretty much perfect for how I want things set up. Thanks everyone.
