Trouble Creating a Playlist

I was trying to create a playlist for a video of mine for SEO purposes, but all of a sudden, when click on videos to add them to my playlist, that feature has consistently stopped working for a whole series of videos. What gives?

Can you elaborate a bit. Typically the way it works. You go to video manager, then click playlists. Create the playlist, then go back to videos. Click edit on whichever video you want to add, click the add to playlist button on bottom right, hit the checkmark next to the playlist and hit save. Is the checkmark area greyed out or something to where you can't click on it?

The issue, friend, is that I can't open the "Add to" button.
