Troll help

Hi guys, how would you treat a troll who keeps showing up even when I block him again and again? He seems to be a troll bot with countless alt accounts. Does Youtube have at least a feature for creators to shadowban users? Thanks guys!
 
Any advice? That troll keeps up mimicking me when I write "hey thanks, glad you like" to people, he'll write "glad to be glad", or when i write "stay tuned for more videos" that troll would write "hey hey, stay tuned on this channel for more videos! ;)" Or when I upload videos where I filmed landscapes and surroundings, he would write "I know where that place is. I know where you live. I'll visit you. ;)" and stuff like that, it drives you crazy. So any help from you guys?
 
When I block him, he's back with a new account and comments like "hehe, it's me again! ;)" And when I ignore him, he'd write all over the place on my and others videos "haha, you're too cute for ignoring me. I love that! I'll keep writing you! ; )" He's like a guy on the streets that follows you whereever you walk... it's more than annoying. Any tips?
