Transition Question

Hey guys. Quick question. I want to find a transition to use for one of my videos but I can't find the name of it. I have an example of it in a video that I like a lot. I can't link it so if you wanna take a minute and look up Tori Kelly - All In My Head (Live Acoustic) The transition shows up 58 seconds in.

If someone could name this transition for me that would be awesome. Thanks

It's not a common transition, nor one you will find anywhere at all. It's basically (what I would call) a fire flash transition. Basically you get a flash of light, perhaps a lens flare and keyframe the intensity to go right up then to go down so underneath the clip is switching making it look like a transition. Some fire crackle stock footage essentials would be used with that to to have the brightness to go up too, I would guess. It doesn't have a name, you'd need to re-create it yourself.
