TOP X Videos - can I use other videos?

Hi. Just a quick question.

I would like to create a top xyz video with my favourite games/movies/etc. Can I use other videos for this? Like Top 5 favourite sports games, how can I add a NBA 2k17 video to mix it up with a Project Cars video, etc?

I see on youtube these kind of videos and they don't belong to the channel, just combined videos.

Can someone let me know how to proceed with this please? Thank you.

I would maybe ask the people in question if you could use their videos, or at least parts of them! You could also credit them as well. Just to be safe. So they don´t accuse you of stealing their content!

The thing is, I could use trailers for the game and stuff like that. If I e-mail/contact 2k, they it could probably take forever for them to get back to me.
