Top 10 Copyright?

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I'm looking at building a few channels. One will be on Top 10 reviews, stories etc etc.

I know in the creative commons you can use what material you wish.

Is there a way to find material to use via youtube without using CC? For example I was looking at material around scary photos with a voice over of back story. I was curious to see were people sourced such pictures and story to use. I was under the impression that most images are CopyRighted and couldn't be used.
